In this exceptional year, our judges are looking for companies who have not only survived but thrived through this global pandemic. Agility and innovation are at their core and successful nominees will have shown their ability to adapt to remote working, lead their team through times of change and expand their business internationally.
Company of the Year
Company of the Year is awarded to an Irish company operating with an international focus while having a significant impact in Ireland. In order to be considered for this award, the company must earn annual revenue exceeding €350 million.
Business Person of the Year
The Business Person of the Year Award recognises an individual who has demonstrated an outstanding level of achievement in his/her career over the previous year.
FDI of the Year
The FDI of the Year is awarded to an international company with significant investments in Ireland while having an impact on Irish life both economically and socially.
The Elevation Award was introduced to the Business & Finance Awards programme in 2018 to recognise Irish businesses operating with an international focus while having a significant impact in Ireland. In order to be considered for this award the company must operate with an annual revenue ceiling of €350 million.
Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Award
Now in its second year the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Award was established to recognise a company with Irish operations that is at the forefront of improving the lives of their employees while also enhancing the civic environment in which they operate.
Environmental, Social & Governance Award
This category will recognise companies making exceptional contributions across ESG in having a clear strategy across environmental, social and governance indicators. The ESG Award seeks to highlight that ESG is now a core component of business strategy and we will recognise companies who have shown a track record in designing and implementing a coordinated ESG strategy.
