Companies eligible for this award are Irish businesses who, along with having a significant impact in Ireland, operate with an international focus and have annual revenue exceeding €200 million.

Business Person Of The Year

This award celebrates an individual who has showcased remarkable performance throughout 2023/24, building upon their outstanding career history.

Elevation Company Of The Year

Companies eligible for this award are Irish-owned, high-performing companies on their journey to achieving greater international scale to become global leaders in their field and have an annual revenue less than €200 million.

FDI Of The Year

This award recognises Foreign Direct Investment companies that best demonstrate long standing commitment to Ireland, investment in facilities and R&D, and job creation, as well as business leadership on a global scale.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)

The Business & Finance Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award will recognise a company that is at the forefront of improving the lives of their employees while also enhancing the civic environment in which they operate.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

The Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) category will recognise companies making exceptional contributions across ESG in having a clear strategy across environmental, social and governance indicators.

New for 2024 – Innovation of The Year

This award will recognize and celebrate ground-breaking ideas, products, or processes that push the boundaries of what is possible. This award highlights the pioneering spirit as a key driver of progress and success in various industries, encouraging a culture of creativity and forward thinking. The winning company must demonstrate an innovative initiative that has created clear and positive change with a documented effect and set new standards in one or more areas unlocking new market opportunities.
